We all have stories. If you have encountered trauma or PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) in your life, your story may be difficult to write, read, or share. But when you’re ready to go back and really look at the trauma, your story will help you make sense of the pain.

Our Facebook Group is a closed group where you and others can share day-to-day struggles as well as entire stories within a supportive community. I encourage you to join this group if you are dealing with trauma or PTSD. This Facebook group also has a link to a writing guide in the Files section, which can help you write your story.

Writing your story can help you discover details you didn’t remember, ground it in time and place, and give you a good foundation for building a new life.
